SYMBOLISM

As a Firm, we have a great deal of respect for the environment and wildlife. We therefore draw useful lessons from environmental harmony as well as the attributes of selected animals which we perceive as truly demonstrating our character.

As lions, we seek to demonstrate the predatory character of the “king of the jungle” by competing at the highest levels based on our capacity, competence and the quality of the solutions we deliver. We also strive to define the “next practice” by setting new standards. Our team spirit draws from the collaborative effort of a pride of lions that enables them to capture the strongest of preys such as the African buffalo.


As eagles, we are driven by our long-term vision to focus on our core competences. This, we believe, sets us apart and propels us to soar above the competition. We are therefore determined to be innovative in offering solutions to our clients. Additionally, we strive to be standards setters and at the forefront in each of our core competence areas.


As tigers, we seek to carve and protect our niche in the dynamic and competitive industry we operate in as is symbolic with the fierce territorial and defensive attributes of a male tiger.

 

As cheetahs, we seek to be swift in offering solutions and be responsive to our clients and the increasingly competitive environment where speed and adaptability to change are critical success factors. Our understanding of the prolific high-speed pursuits of cheetahs inspires us to exude high adrenaline together with tenacity to meet the requirements of each assignment we undertake.
