PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (PDP)

The Professional Development Programmes (PDP) of Sync Consult focus on the development and running of high-end and targeted training for professionals, companies and organisations. Our PDPs are stimulating, thought-provoking and innovative programmes structured to provide technical skills to strengthen the capacity of professionals, firms and organisations. As a result, the PDPs are customised and developed based on specific needs identified among professionals and in companies and organisations.

As part of our PDP process, we help in assessing your training and people development needs, prepare a programme aimed at the right level for your participants, and then help you to evaluate the effects and quantify the results. We can devise a programme to cater for almost any training needs, from a one day course to a longer duration integrated training programme.

Our PDP focuses on sustainable improvement and strengthening of the internal capacities of staff of companies and organisations to better fulfil their responsibilities. Its long-term objective is to challenge professionals, companies and organisations to apply high level of technical knowledge and competence towards the realisation of incremental shareholder value.

The programmes are:

  • Customised and technically relevant to the needs of an industry or professionals
  • Delivered by some of the best trainers in the country
  • Programmes are flexible and delivered off-site or in-house
  • Personalised and cost-effective
  • Designed to minimise time spent away from the workplace
  • Developed around specific technical competence, knowledge or skills
  • Designed to help in identifying quantifiable results

We proudly acknowledge the very positive feedback we have received on all the PDPs we have developed and delivered.
